Ocean Paradise – Extended Stay Motel Located at 91 Ashworth Avenue, Hampton, NH 03842, just one block from the main beach, Ocean Paradise is a fully renovated extended-stay motel thoughtfully redesigned from the ground up to provide comfort, convenience, and modern style.
Room Details: Room #1, located on the ground floor, features a kitchenette, queen bed, and elegant new finishes, available for $500, plus a $250 non-refundable cleaning deposit for long-term stays; no pets allowed. Rooms 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 offer interconnecting doors, making them perfect for families or groups who wish to stay together as multi-room units. Rooms 3, 5, and 7 feature kitchenettes and two full beds, ideal for families or longer stays.
Room 8 features a king bed, private side entrance, wall-mounted TV, and mini-split temperature control. Room 9 is a suite-style accommodation with a separate sitting area, bedroom, two bathrooms, dual mini-splits, TV, dresser with mirror, and sofas — offering extra space and comfort.
Room 10, our largest accommodation, includes a bedroom, living room, and 1½ bathrooms.
Summer Rate: $800 per week& Winter Rate: $550 per week.
All rooms feature modern upgrades, including remodeled bathrooms with vanities, wall-mounted TVs, mini-split systems for personalized heating and cooling, and brand-new flooring throughout.
Rates: Kitchenette Rooms: $450.00 per week (taxes included) Rooms without Kitchenettes (with countertops): $400.00 per week (taxes included)
